Franchisee Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older

• Valid & active FAA issued Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate/License

• Drivers License and proof of address/residency with utility or mortgage bills

• Proof of $10,000 net worth in liquid cash and/or assets

• Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain liability insurance, drone insurance/extended warranties, equipment maintenance costs

• Must have basic technology, computer, and financial management skills

  • experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PDFs (Adobe Acrobat)

  • advanced mobile phone and app capabilities

  • experience with photo and video editing tools, software, apps

  • ability to furnish and manage invoicing to clients

  • keep records, receipts, and documentation for tax, legal, and financial purposes

  • provide monthly income reports to Franchisor (Skylens Aerial Photography, LLC)

• Must have a clean driving record and legal history (no felonies)

Franchise Fees:

• Application fee: $0

• One-time Down Payment to claim your territory during application review and startup process: $2,000

• One-time franchise fee (including startup operations, legal, admin, and processing): $7,500 [payment plan options available]

• One-time equipment outfitting fee: $0-$10,000 on average (this varies depending on your specific needs, preferences, quantities, and team size for start up) [payment plan options available]

• Monthly franchise marketing fee (covers marketing, paid targeted advertising, and marketing support): $350/mo (due on the last day of each month)

• Monthly Franchise Dues: 7.5% of gross monthly income generated from aerial/drone services ($150 minimum; due on the last day of each month)

[$2,000 down; $5,500 remaining due at signing)

Total monthly ongoing franchise fees for operations, marketing, and support: Varies based on monthly gross income ($500/mo is the minimum fees)
